PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Master of Physiotherapy is aimed at meeting the needs for enhancing qualified healthcare professionals in Malaysia. This programme provides quality education at the postgraduate level for interested qualified individuals of Malaysian citizens and foreigners. The demand on Physiotherapy services is constantly growing, and consequently the market for healthcare professionals remains healthy and competitive.
By providing the nation with responsible, disciplined and qualified physiotherapist, the country is able to take a further step towards developed status, which forms one of the hallmarks of a developed country. With this program, the graduates can also assist the ever-growing demands of public health awareness and Physiotherapy services.
PROGRAM DETAIL
Duration of Programme:
- Full Time – 1 Year & 6 Months / 3 Semesters
- Part Time – 2 Years & 6 Months / 5 Semesters
Education Fees:
- Local: RM28,000
- International: RM50,000
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Malaysian Students
- A Bachelors degree (honours) in Physiotherapy or its equivalent from related disciplines with minimum CGPA of 2.50; OR
- A Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy or its equivalent from related disciplines with CGPA above 2.00 but below 2. 50, AND with at least 3 years experience in related disciplines
International Students
- A Bachelors degree (honours) in Physiotherapy or its equivalent from related disciplines with minimum CGPA of 2.50; OR
- A Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy or its equivalent from related disciplines with CGPA above 2.00 but below 2. 50, AND with at least 3 years experience in related disciplines
